DELIVERY POLICY

All UK orders qualify for free delivery and are dispatched using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service.

We aim to ship within 1-2 days but during busy periods, such as Christmas, we aim to ship within 3-5 days.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout - refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged Orders

We try our hardest to package your order well so it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Sadly, sometimes accidents happen during the delivery process and this can result in damaged or faulty items.

Should this happen to you, please don't panic, we will sort it for you as quickly as we can!

All you need to do is email us at hello@berylandsilver.com along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.

Returning Items for a Refund

​

Personalised items are uniquely made for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

Please note that earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety - your statutory rights are not affected.

If you return a non-personalised item (not including earrings) to us that is not deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only.

Items being returned for an exchange or refund must be returned to Beryl & Silver in perfect condition, unworn/unused and in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase.

Once they item has been received, we shall process a refund within 7 working days. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear any monies.

When returning your item to us please enclose your original invoice, where possible - alternatively, enclose a note with your contact details and order details.

You will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives safely with Beryl & Silver and we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Please ensure you send any package safely to avoid any loss or damage.

We suggest using a tracked service to return your item and always recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Returning Faulty Items

Please return a faulty product to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.

Please note that we are not liable for any other jewellers' work.
