These fabulous Herkimer diamond icicle dangles are just gorgeous.
 
Each pair is handmade in my Somerset studio using six natural, Grade A-quality Herkimer diamonds and a pair of contemporary sterling silver shepherds crook-style earwires.
 
The chunky Herkimer diamonds are of a superior quality and each stone is approximately 6mm to 10mm in size - they are beautifully cut to make them extremely sparkly.
 
Herkimer diamonds are not real diamonds, but in fact quartz crystals from the Herkimer region of America - but when you see how they twinkle with mirror-like shine and rainbow sparkles, it is obvious why they got their name! Each bright, sparkly stone is naturally different in shape, size, and colour, but they are all equally beautiful and make wonderful jewellery.
 
The earwires are simple and stylish, shaped like a shepherd's crook and with a long yet lightweight shaft, and are perfect for dressing up or down - they'd really suit any occasion, from a night out to a wedding!
